A. Account & Profile Information

• Google Sign-In & Authentication Data: When you register via Google Authentication, we receive your Google display name, email address, profile picture URL, and unique Google identifier.
• In-Game Profiles & Identifiers: Your in-game player names (IGN), Player Unique Identification Numbers (Game UIDs), and game character tags across supported titles (e.g., Free Fire, BGMI).
• User Profile Customizations: Custom avatars, bio descriptions, social tags, and competitive guild affiliations you choose to configure.

B. Creator & YouTube Channel Data (Optional / Verified Creators)

• Creator Identity Verification: When a verified creator or YouTuber links their official YouTube channel via Google OAuth, our application auto-fetches public metadata directly via the YouTube Data API:
  • Official Channel Title / Name
  • Official YouTube Channel Handle (e.g., @CreatorName)
  • Public Channel Avatar / Logo URL
  • Total Public Subscriber Count and Video Count
• Anti-Impersonation Purpose: This automated retrieval is strictly used to verify the creator's authenticity, preventing unauthorized users from claiming another person's channel or fabricating subscriber statistics.
• Display Locations: These verified statistics are displayed in the creator's public profile, the Creator Leaderboard, and tournament cards for tournaments they host.

C. Tournament & Match Data

• Match registrations, custom room slot reservations, team rosters (Solo/Duo/Squad), match placement, kill statistics, and match history.
• Match verification evidence submitted by players (such as screenshot proofs, game scoreboard images, and dispute tickets).

D. Financial, Wallet & Transaction Data

• In-app wallet balances, virtual tournament currency (MT Coins) records, entry fee deductions, reward distributions, and transaction timestamps.
• Payout and withdrawal request details (such as UPI IDs or bank transfer details submitted for prize settlements), alongside anti-fraud verification records.

E. Device, Technical & Log Information

• Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP addresses, network connection type, and crash log diagnostics to ensure security, detect emulator abuse, and prevent duplicate account creation.

2. Use of YouTube API Services & Google User Data

Our use of information received from Google APIs strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the stringent Limited Use requirements.

A. Scope of YouTube Data Usage

• Voluntary "Subscriber-Only" Match Verification: Content creators can host optional fan-exclusive tournaments. When a player voluntarily registers for a subscriber-only tournament, the app conducts a real-time, transient check to verify if the user's account is subscribed to the organizer's channel.
• Open Tournaments by Default: All standard tournaments, matchmaking queues, leaderboards, and wallet features on TENS ARENA are completely open and accessible to all users without requiring any YouTube login or channel subscription.
• No Coercion / No Forced Subscriptions: TENS ARENA never mandates YouTube account linking or subscriptions as a blanket condition to use the platform. Participation in subscriber-exclusive creator matches is entirely optional.
• Zero Storage of Subscription Lists: We DO NOT store, download, harvest, modify, or share your private YouTube subscription lists or viewing history on our servers. Checks are executed transiently at the exact moment of tournament entry.

B. Third-Party YouTube Terms

By using YouTube-integrated features within TENS ARENA, you explicitly agree to be bound by:

C. Revoking Google & YouTube Permissions

You can view, manage, and revoke TENS ARENA’s access to your Google/YouTube account data at any time via the official Google Security Settings portal:

• Tournament Operations: Facilitating bracket generation, slot bookings, room ID & password delivery, and prize disbursements.
• Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Enforcement: Preventing multiple account creation, detecting unauthorized emulators or hacks, and verifying tournament results.
• Creator Community Hub: Powering the V-Badge creator program, displaying official channel metrics, and validating custom creator giveaway conditions.
• Customer Support & Dispute Handling: Resolving player disputes, match payment inquiries, and withdrawal processing.
• Platform Security & Maintenance: Monitoring server stability, diagnosing app crashes, and protecting our systems against malicious cyber activity.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data to third parties or advertising networks. Information is only disclosed under the following strictly defined circumstances:

• Service Providers & Infrastructure: We utilize Google Cloud Platform and Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Authentication, Cloud Storage) for secure hosting, database management, and authentication services under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Tournament Organizers: In-game names and match scores are shared with tournament administrators to verify match outcomes and allocate winnings.
• Legal Compliance & Protection: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or governmental regulation, or if necessary to investigate fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect player safety.

5. Data Retention, Storage, and Account Deletion

• Retention Period: Active account data, transaction logs, and match histories are retained as long as your account remains active to provide continuous service and comply with financial auditing regulations.
• Ephemeral Data: YouTube subscription checks are ephemeral and discarded immediately after real-time verification.
• Account & Data Deletion: You have the absolute right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time. You can submit an account deletion request by emailing metatensofficial2@gmail.com. Upon confirmation, all your personal data, profile records, and game credentials will be permanently erased from our production databases within 30 days.

6. Security Measures

We implement robust technical and organizational security protocols to safeguard your personal data:

• End-to-End Encryption: All data transmitted between the mobile application and our servers is secured using TLS/SSL (HTTPS).
• Database Protection: Stored data is safeguarded using Google Cloud AES-256 encryption at rest and guarded by stringent Firebase Security Rules.
• Restricted Access: Access to backend administrative tools and player financial databases is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Age Restrictions)

TENS ARENA is intended for competitive esports enthusiasts who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a user under 13 has provided personal data, we will immediately delete their information and deactivate the account.
