Welcome to TENS ARENA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "Creator," or "you") and TENS ARENA ("we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the TENS ARENA mobile applications, web portals, esports tournament services, and interactive community features.

By creating an account, participating in tournaments, linking third-party accounts, or using our services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Eligibility and User Account Registration

• Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and participate in tournaments.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration, including your genuine in-game player name (IGN), Player UID, and email address. Providing fraudulent or stolen game credentials is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account Policy: Users are permitted one account per person. Creating multiple duplicate accounts to exploit promotional rewards, bypass bans, or rig tournaments will lead to permanent bans across all linked accounts.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

2. Third-Party Services & YouTube API Integration

By accessing or using features connected to YouTube within TENS ARENA, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by:

• YouTube Terms of Service
• Google Privacy Policy
• Google API Services User Data Policy

Revocation of YouTube Access: Users maintain complete control over their connected accounts and can revoke TENS ARENA's permissions at any time via Google Security Settings.

3. Tournament Rules, Gameplay & Fair Play Policy

TENS ARENA enforces zero-tolerance standards for cheating and misconduct to guarantee fair esports competition:

• Strict Prohibition of Hacks & Cheats: The use of aimbots, wallhacks, speed modifiers, scripts, unauthorized game file alterations, or modified game clients is strictly forbidden.
• Emulators & Unfair Advantages: In tournaments designated as "Mobile Only," the use of PC emulators (such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox) without explicit tournament host authorization will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
• Match Fixing & Teaming: Collusion, match-fixing, teaming with opposing squads, or intentionally feeding kills is strictly prohibited.
• Proof Submission & Disputes: In the event of a match dispute, players must submit unedited match screenshots or screen recording proofs showing the end-game scoreboard within the designated dispute window. Administrative decisions on disputes are final.
• Penalties: Violations will result in match forfeiture, confiscation of tournament winnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

4. Creator Hub, V-Badge Program & "Subscriber-Only" Matches

• Creator Verification (Anti-Impersonation): Verified content creators connect their YouTube channel via Google OAuth to auto-fetch official channel metadata (name, handle, avatar, subscriber count). Creators agree not to misrepresent their identity or community size.
• Optional Fan Tournaments: Creators have the option to host exclusive matches dedicated to their YouTube subscribers. When a user joins a "Subscriber-Only" match, a transient check verifies their subscription in real time.
• Open Tournaments: General platform tournaments are open to all users without requiring any YouTube account linking or subscriptions.
• Creator Conduct: Creators must adhere to professional community guidelines and deliver tournament room credentials punctually as scheduled.

5. Virtual Currency (MT Coins), Wallet & Payouts

• Virtual Currency (MT Coins): MT Coins are in-app virtual tokens used solely for participating in tournament brackets, custom room entries, and claiming rewards within TENS ARENA.
• Tournament Entry & Prize Distribution: Entry fees are deducted upon confirming registration. Prize pool winnings are credited to the user's verified in-app wallet following administrative validation of the match scoreboard.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals are processed in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-fraud guidelines. Users may be requested to verify their identity before withdrawal requests are approved.
• Platform Hosting Fees: Standard tournament hosting and service charges are clearly displayed prior to tournament creation or entry.
• No Chargebacks / Fraud: Any fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized payment methods, or payment manipulation will lead to immediate account termination and legal reporting.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

• TENS ARENA Rights: All software, interface layouts, vector graphics, logos, sound effects, and brand elements are the exclusive intellectual property of TENS ARENA.
• Third-Party Trademarks: All game titles, trademarks, and logos (including Garena Free Fire, Krafton BGMI, YouTube, Google) mentioned or depicted within our service belong entirely to their respective trademark owners. TENS ARENA is an independent esports tournament platform and is not officially endorsed by or affiliated with the game publishers unless explicitly stated.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to TENS ARENA at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• Engage in abusive, defamatory, toxic, or fraudulent behavior toward other players or staff.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attack the security infrastructure of our platform.
• Engage in payment fraud, duplicate account manipulation, or tournament tampering.

8. Limitation of Liability and "AS IS" Disclaimer

• Service Provided "AS IS": TENS ARENA is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Third-Party Outages: We are not liable for match delays or losses resulting from official game server downtimes (e.g., Free Fire / BGMI maintenance), ISP network disruptions, device malfunctions, or player disconnection during live gameplay.
• Financial Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TENS ARENA's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the platform in the preceding 3 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TENS ARENA, its directors, developers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unauthorized use of our platform, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Material updates will be communicated through the application or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of TENS ARENA constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any controversy or dispute, parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting our administrative team.
