Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy
Effective Date: April 12, 2026 | Last Updated: September 13, 2026
Core Commitment: TENS ARENA is dedicated to maintaining a 100% skill-based, transparent, and fair competitive esports ecosystem. Cheating, hacking, or exploiting hurts the integrity of the game and has zero place on our platform.
1. Zero Tolerance for Hacks, Cheats & Modifications
Any participant found utilizing unauthorized third-party software, scripts, or modifications will face an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all wallet balances.
- Aimbots & Auto-Aim: Any software or script that automates weapon targeting or recoil control.
- Wallhacks & ESP: Any tool displaying enemy locations, loot, or wireframe data through terrain.
- Speed Hacks & Teleportation: Altering in-game movement speeds, jump heights, or character positioning.
- Game File Modifications: Editing game configuration files, OBB data, textures, or antennas.
- Third-Party Overlays: Non-approved overlay utilities that provide an unfair competitive advantage.
2. Device & Emulator Regulations
- Mobile-Only Matches: Tournaments marked as "Mobile Only" strictly require players to participate on genuine Android or iOS handheld mobile devices.
- PC Emulators Prohibited: Using BlueStacks, Nox, LDPlayer, Gameloop, or any PC emulation software in Mobile-Only matches without explicit host authorization will lead to instant disqualification.
- Hardware Accessories: Hardware triggers, root-level macro tools, or auto-clicker accessories are strictly forbidden.
3. Teaming, Collusion & Match-Fixing
Esports matches must be contested with genuine competitive effort at all times:
- Teaming in Solo / Duo: Communicating or coordinating with opponent squads during matchmaking or live rounds is strictly prohibited.
- Kill Feeding: Intentionally allowing opponents to secure kills or damage points to manipulate scoreboards or bracket placement.
- Rank Manipulation: Synergized matchmaking dodging or lobby collusion to exploit points algorithms.
4. Match Results & Screenshot Proof Guidelines
Proof Submission: To ensure accurate and dispute-free prize disbursements, winning squads must capture and preserve clear proof of their match results.
- End-Game Scoreboard: Take an unedited screenshot of the official end-game scoreboard showing match placement, squad member names, and kill counts.
- Screen Recordings: In high-stakes tournaments, administrators may request raw screen recordings of gameplay if a dispute or suspicion is raised.
- Dispute Window: Any match dispute must be raised within the official dispute window (typically 15–30 minutes post-match) via the in-app support or dispute form.
5. Strict Penalties Chart
Enforcement Action: Violations are penalized strictly according to the severity of the offense.
- 1st Degree (Confirmed Cheating / Hacks): Permanent platform ban, hardware ID ban, confiscation of tournament winnings, and permanent wallet forfeiture.
- 2nd Degree (Teaming / Collusion / Unauthorized Emulator): Match disqualification, loss of entry fees, and temporary suspension (7 to 30 days).
- 3rd Degree (Abuse / False Proof Submission): Immediate dispute denial, account warning, and deduction of MT Coins.
6. Reporting Cheating & Violations
If you observe suspicious gameplay or suspect another player of cheating, please report them with proof:
- In-App Report: Use the "Report Match / Player" feature in match details.
- Direct Anti-Cheat Desk: Email full unedited video/screenshot evidence to metatensofficial2@gmail.com.
